We are aware that we continue to live in a world where reservation flexibility is of great value, so we want to provide our students and families with a policy that maximizes flexibility while being transparent about certain unrecoverable costs that are inherent in planning and preparing this international education experience.

 

Credit and Refund Policies

The majority of program expenses are incurred by Beyond Sports on behalf of the Participant well in advance of the actual program travel dates. For that reason, all payments are non-refundable once the corresponding payment deadline passes, regardless of the reason for cancellation or withdrawal.

 

If the Participant initiates cancellation or withdrawal from the program greater than 2 Months from the program start date, Beyond Sports will offer a full credit of all payments towards a future program. If Participant initiates cancellation or withdrawal from the program less than 2 Months from the program start date, Beyond Sports will use its reasonable efforts to secure a partial credit towards a future program. The specific credit amount will depend on the date of cancellation and will be determined at the sole discretion of Beyond Sports.
